Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pest & Disease Controls (all products in this category)
- Grow Light Bulbs (if packaging has been opened)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Care
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions
- Any special packaging requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely including:
- Original packaging and accessories
- Copy of order confirmation
- Return authorization number
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
You’ll receive email confirmation when processed. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your items arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/incorrect items and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label
International Returns
For our global gardening community:
- Follow the same return process
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs
- Refunds issued in USD to original payment method
